The Menu of the Site on the left has been rearranged to include a web designers section of different tools and a section devoted to amateur radio. Hopefully over time, these sections will grow.

I am in the progress of working on a Books section under the MAIN menu to the left. This section is in progress and should be finished by Friday.

Google Ads

Well, I always said I would NEVER put adds on my site. No if’s and’s or but’s. Well, Ok I admit, I went back on my word. I put some *drumroll* GOOGLE ads on my site. Those who know me know how much I love Google! Well, they did it again. I actually LIKE these ads! I mean I have seen ads for software – network analyzers, packet capturing, SMNP, cable modems, all sorts of handy software. Even an add where you can get the latest vulnerabilities etc in them.

I REALLY like these Google ads! Needless to say.. I have found some new software to play with and will post soon just by being curious and seeing what these ads have to offer. Needless to say, if you like computer related things, software, hardware, even if you want to see if broadband is available in your area, check out these rotating ads and don’t be afraid to click through and see what they have to offer. Of all people.. I am impressed by what Google has to offer MY site!

Contact and Feedback

With having both the contact and the feedback module active, it was getting very confusing for members and guests to send email for questions and comments. So, the contact module has been removed and the feedback link was moved to the "main’ section under "what’s here"

Encyclopedia

Begin work on the Encyclopedia with adding the Jargon File 4.4.2. This will be a long and slow process adding things one by one.

Ufies in Categories

I have updated the Ufies section to have one comic per page displayed instead of one page only with thumbnails clickable to fuller size pictures. This hopefully will allow me to add newer comics that quickly become among my favorites. I have to admit.. it has always been so hard to choose from any of these. After buying 4 books and having been a fan for many years (even before the first book came out) I have ALWAYS loved Illiad’s User Friendly comics!
