Have you ever been Geocaching? At this point, you might be wondering what Geocaching is. Geocaching is a treasure-hunt type of ’sport’ you can use your GPS (Global Positioning System) with. What it all boils down to is.. people place a cache (like a treasure) in a specific location. Once placed, the coordinates of the cache is placed on the internet. Other people will have the coordinates to visit and find the cache with clues and coordinates. On an honour based system, if you take part of the cache, you leave something else for the next person. The items left may not be of any certain value. things like matchbooks, pocket knives, pop bottle tops, coins, cards, anything can be left. Usually, there is a log book in the cache where you can sign your name. Some caches even have disposable cameras or digital cameras for you to take pictures.
