Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon Jello (reg size, not big box)
- 1 pkg of yellow cake mix (I like the kind with pudding in the mix)
- 4 eggs unbeaten
- 3/4 cup of cooking oil – like corn oil or canola
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 lemons
Â
Directions
Add 1 cup of hot water to jello. Stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool. Add rest of ingredients to Jello and mix well. Pour into oblong pan – 13″ x 8′ (Do not add powdered sugar or lemons yet)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Have ready 2 cups of powedered sugar and the juice of 2 lemons freshly squeezed. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together. While cake is hot, poke holes in top with fork about 2 inches apart. Pour lemon juice and powdered sugar mix over the top. Cut when cool.
