Screenshots
March 31st, 2003
- Thanks to Thanatos, Bodo, Bob, the witch, and many others, There are tons of new Game Shots and Desktop screenshots. I hope to create galleries of all of these.
- Many different Operating System (Desktops) screenshots give plenty of variety from RISC to the Latest version of Windows, they are all here.
- Under the Game Shots, more are being added everyday from Nitallica’s UT2k3 shot to the ClanMIR pictures, there are many in between (as well as some humorous ones.. be sure to see Swarm’s ’splits’ that was the death of him
- For now, Every refresh/load of a page, a new screenshot is shown in thumbnail. Click on the thumbnail to see a 640×480 size shot in a new window. I will be adding a majority of new ones in the next few days. Kudos to everyone that send in some!

Surveys and Other..
March 29th, 2003
- Instead of changing the surveys every so often, I have made the surveys to the left random. Soon, hopefully, I will have the layout to this site pretty much finished up.
- If you want to see all the previous news articles, besides the ones on the home page, you can click on News Topics at the top or Stories Archive to the left.
Support the Troops
March 28th, 2003
- Want to help support the troops? Even an email saying thank you means something to these troops!
- In the Links to the left, there is a new Links section added called "Support the troops" This section begins with 3 new ways to help support the troops.
- Operation Dear Abby: Send e-mail messages to deployed troops of any service from your home state.
- Defend America: Sign an online thank you card for troops.
- Operation USA Care Package: Contribute to the purchase of a care package of items forwarded to troops.
New Links
March 28th, 2003
- I have added some more web links. Telecom, home automation, humor and computer links as well as a variety of other links have now been added .
New Category
March 22nd, 2003
- I have added a new category in the Category section. This section will have notes I have gathered up for different exams I have taken.
- Most of the notes in this section generally cover the A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, and various notes for MS MCSA/MCSE tests. Some of these notes are duplicated from the Quick Ref’s section.
DSL
March 18th, 2003
- The DSL Section in ‘Categories’ has now been moved to a FAQ section under DSL.
Downloads
March 17th, 2003
- As this site becomes more widely used, I am actually beginning to have to watch my bandwidth usage. In order to manage it a bit better, for some of the new downloads I want to add, I will begin making this section offered to Registered users only.
- This will not affect the use of any other part of this website, only the Downloads section. I encourage you to create a User account. I believe I have some good ideas and content that will be available in the near future.
- UPDATE: Registration is FREE. None of the information submitted for use with a user account will seen or discussed. This will remain private. Registrants may receive periodic emails regarding updates, announcements, news and the like from aleeya.net if they choose.
Quick Ref’s
March 16th, 2003
- Well, I have most of the Quick Ref’s up now in the Categories link. Im sure I will be adding quite a bit of stuff as I run across it while studying for my MCSA.
Categories
March 13th, 2003
- I have been working on the Categories section. So far, these are the various sections completed or that have some info.
- About DSL
- Geekcode
- Gecocaching
- Quick Refs (by far not complete, but some info is there), Sig files and User Friendly
Where did it all go??
March 9th, 2003
- The more and more I play around with this site, I am putting things in different places. Are you looking for some specific information that you had found on a previous site? Are you wondering where the Technical information went to? Or, maybe you are looking for the sections on books, or Geeks. Read on to find out where some of these
- Much of the old information and categories from the old site, such as DSL, networking, How to’s, Quick Ref’s, Resources, Easter Eggs, Oxymoron’s, Sig Files, Geocaching, and Hackers, etc. have been moved to the Categories link to the left.
- Acronyms have been moved to the Encyclopedia link.
- FAQ’s will contain some frequently asked questions about computers, the site and me.
- Forums will contain Tips and tricks, and just things to talk about and discuss.
- The Stories Archive and News Topics stories will contain articles about things going on with the site and just general news as it happens.
- Now, it is easier to see your opinion on things! Various surveys will appear on the site. Here, you can voice your opinion on different topics. Be sure to cast your vote!
- Looking for some good web links? You will find the categorized version under the Web Links link to the left.
- Projects are now going to be part of Reviews. By clicking on that link to the left, you can see what my opinion on new hardware, video games, tips and tricks, and new projects are. If it is something I REALLY like, then it’ll get 5 stars. If I don’t like it? It will be lucky to get 1/2 a star.
What is next?
March 8th, 2003
- As I am trying to figure out PHP Nuke, I am also trying to come up with new ideas. I can’t seem to think of anything offhand.
Survey
March 2nd, 2003
- There is a new survey that I could really use some feedback on. If you go to the link on the left marked surveys, there is one titled "Do any of these sound interesting?" . Be sure to check there for some ideas I had thought of to do with aleeya.net..
