Network+ Certification for Dummies (With CD-ROM)

Product Description
CompTIA, the A+, Network+, Server+, i-Net+ – and the vast array of other pluses – certification outfit has revised its certification program for the hard-working network technician with an excellent general knowledge of networks and internetworking technologies. However, unlike other networking certifications, such as MCSE, CNE, or CCNA, Network+ covers all kinds of general network technology knowledge and practices, instead of revolving around just the brand-specific stuff. Apple, Microsoft, Novell, and other manufacturers and their products are included on the Network+ test, making it the true measure of a networking technician’s overall grasp of networking and internetworking technology.

Obviously, you’re considering Network+ certification for one of the following reasons:

  • You’re planning to become Network+ certified no matter what, but you don’t quite know how to achieve your goal.

I am excited to announce that this morning, I went and took my Microsoft 70-270 Windows XP Pro Exam. Much to my delight, I PASSED!

I am very excited about this. Next, I have 2 more exams to take and I will be MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator) certified. After that - 3 more tests and I will be MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) certified.

So, now along with CCNA, A+ and Network+, I can add MCP to my certifications. Wooohooo. and now.. back to your regularly scheduled.. umm.. ya… website! ;)
